Martial arts would give you a decent basis to put your strength to the best use.

You're too old, probably, to be a full martial artist. But you can learn some techniques.

Young children usually start on the path once they are walking and talking. I would say the best time is before puberty sets in fully.

It allows the spirit to develop to its fullest potential. Think of it like a muscle. If you don't use it, train it as you grow, certain things won't become second nature.

No. The body has to be toned and strengthened along with the spirit. There is a short window to access a child's full potential.

Okay.

[ He doesn't know much but accepts that information readily. It sounds interesting, but it doesn't sound like something that would help him. Beyond, he supposes, learning some martial arts. He usually just goes ham on creatures that want to hurt him without regard to his body. Maybe he should worry? He doesn't know.

But he should say he thinks the person sharing this information has shared something interesting. ]
